I feel complete sympathy with Punjab government on this issue.PPP government is'nt clearing the machinery due to which a loss of some 8.5 billion rs. is expected to Punjab Government,rather to country.Since 18th ammendment had given the right of power generation to the provinces,Punjab Government had determined to setup to projects of hydral energy generation but these projects have'nt started yet due to the clashes between PML-N and PPP.
