Corruption by PPSC,FPSC and NTS

Many great steps were taken in Musharraf's government including the esatblishment of University of Health Sciences, establishment of NTS and many many more.Above all recruitments in his government were transparent.Politicians did'nt affect recruitments in his era.

Although he had established NTS with a good will,it turned into evil after him.NTS in start just conducted NAT and GAT etc only but later it began to expand.Now-a-days the situatiuon is that NTS conducts  the test for almost 50% of government jobs. Not only government jobs, but NTS has also won the confidence of private companies and companies like Dawood Hercules is now hirng their services to conduct the test.

NTS is also holding General GAT,GAT for UET and this year even held GAT for Pakistan Petroleum Limited.Reportedly there were more than 0.3 million applicants for a few vaccancies of Pakistan Petroleum.NTS charges rs. 600-800 from each applicant, which means a revenue of 18 crores or more just from Pakistan Petroleum.

NTS organizes some 50 tests at minimum and its profit amounts to billions. But the dark part of it is that NTS is'nt bound to call each applicant and neither it is bound to inform the applicant that why was'nt he considered? And approximately 20% of applicants dont get a reply.Same happens when Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) or Federal Public Service Commission announces any job and asks the applicant to submit a bank challan of 500 rs. along with application.Years pass by,but these commissions dont bother to call the candidate for the test or interview. They give out jobs on the approach of some MNA or MPA.And all that money goes to their pockets.

This technical corruption has been going on since 4 years or more. But no one is taking notice, neither anyone is making noise. All are silent on this very technical corruption.I dont know whether the situation will become better or worsen in future.I thought it appropriate to share it here so that someone may take notice of it and raise voice.
