Collective dilemma of our media

We often hear our media raising slogans against corruption,but media does'nt boither to think that how media is promoting corruption?

You dont believe me?here is a detailed anlysis .....

the #2 electronic media network of Pakistan has lost its standard.Yes,i'm talking of none other than ARY group.About half a year ago,a video was leaked on youtube in which pseudo-schoalr AAmri Liaqat Hussain could be seen abusing and using foul language...The video was of those days when Aamir Liaqat used to be on Geo TV ,and was leaked when he was at ARY TV......Even a child could realize who could be behinf the leaking of the video....Aamir refuted the video,but could'nt present any evidence in his defence.ARY did'nt fire him and let him continue his show.After some 9,10 months Aamir Liaqat was seen back on Geo Tv ,hosting the show with a different name "Aalim aur Aalim"

And then came the case of Maya Khan who assumed herself an employee of some law enforcing agency and started annoying youth in parks....She was criticized unanimously by the media and her own pics were brought onto media and then she realized that it hurts when privacy is affected and later she apologized and said that all those shown in the program were hired actors.....Prior to this case she used to do the show on Sama TV ,but after that one program,Sama apparently fired her and ARY picked her up.....She created another controversy while on ARY.This time she was accused of converting one Hindu guy to Islam forcefully.....Apaprently,Ansar Burney had sought to sue her...She did her show for quite some time and then took break and recently she has come back on ARY 

                                                

Recently,when Arslan Iftikhar Scandal was being discussed on all TV channels,a very unique scandla came forward where two very renowned anchors Mubashar Luqman and Mehr Bukhari were found to be guilty of doing a planted interview.......Supreme Court took notice of this interview,but the anchors did'nt feel ashamed and Mubashar Luqman switched to ARY Tv fronm Dunya TV thus making ARY the most sub-standard News Channel whereas Mehr Bukhari is on maternity leave these days.....Dunya TV did'nt bother to fire either of them.....

Previously,Mehr Bukhari along with Asma Sherazi and some other journalists was seen at US counslate in too intimate pauses with black guys.,

A few months ago,Talat Hussain accused Najam Sethi of being US Agent,but did'nt provide any evidence...Najam Sethi in response to that allegation proved Talat Hussain an agent of CIA's shadow organization by tweeting a scan of wikileaks....The channel for which Talkat Hussain worked,did'nt take any notice against him

and recently when T20 worldcup started,express news hired Muhammad Amir as analyst and ARY once again took another rotten tomatto back,namely Salman Butt.These two ere found guilty of spot fixing some 2 years back and were convicted by English courts and have recently completed their penalty of jail.

When Spot Fixing case had come forward the same media was the first to criticize these,even when they were'nt proved guilty.This media first inflammed the public and then took all rotten tomattoes back.........

Conclusion

Whosoever has even a little bit of authority in Pakistan,thinks himself immune of trial....Be it the president,the judiciary,the army or media....We have witnessed all these criticizing others,but frowning when someone criticizes them.......Media mocks of politicians whereas they should be ashamed of their attitude.......They seem to be self-proclaimed teachers of ethics,but they need to learn ethics themselves first.......

Dilemma of Javed Choudhary and Hassan Nisar

Dilemma of Javed Chaudhary and Hassan Nisar is that they only know to criticize others.They themselves are suspected and accused of yellow journalism and yet criticize public.Hassan Nisar was once watched abusing MushahidUllah Khan ,senator of PML-N live on TV.Javed chaudhary was watched being nervous when Faisal Raza Abidi once set him on fire.

Although i have'nt visited Hassan Nisar's farm house,yet i have heard that it is too big to be built by an honest journalist....Although i cant help bu agree when he criticizes the public in his typical style,yet sometimes his criticism is baseless.Like,recentlywhen he recently crtiicised Rapid Bus Project,his criticism waa both baseless and pointless.As many PTI supporters accuse some journalists being on pay roll  of PML-N,PML-N supporters could have blamed him being on the pay roll of PTI but they did'nt....

I feel pity for those people who consider Hassan Nisar an intellectual because he has nothing but a limited stock of words to bash the nation.I still remember that once he said in the very famous Program of GeoNews "Pachas Minute" ,Muslims have'nt produced a genuine philosopher in last 200 years.Hearing this,Ibtisam Ilahi Zaheer who was present there named Allama Muhammad Iqbal and he had to face the humiliation.......

He is the same person who used to call Dr. Abdul Qadeer as "thief" for bringing nuclear centrifuge technology to Pakistan,but now he has forgotten all those things because both Dr. Abdul Qadeer and Hassan Nisar are serving PTI these days......

As far as Javed Chaudhary is concerned,he is'nt a real journalsit.Most of his articles are taken from internet.He has quoted the content of Steve Jobs' famous speech more than once.He tends to be a motivational speaker than a genuine journalist.Whenever he uses English words in his columns,i enjoy his columns more than usual (if you know what i mean ).Javed Chaudhary has been to Saudia,Azerbaijan,Turkey,Switzerland,Egypt,Hungary etc etc in less than 12 months.Can a journalist earn so much to afford these trips?If yes,then does he pay the tax for so much income?

Although Javed Chaudhary ahs been negating that his salary is'nt very much,yet info from inside sources reveal that he takes 1.5-2.0 million rupees per month for his talkshow.

He has published some books as well.One of those books was gaye dinoun ke suraj ,in which he interviewed Professor. Ahmad Rafiq Akhtar and Sarfaraz Shah as well.They both have made predictions in their lives which have been proved wrong.

These days,Javed Chaudhary is doing a series on "Awam asal mujrim hain?" (i.e Public is the rel culprit)......Some of allehgations put by him seem potential yet many others seem just a failed attempt to put the burden off his shoulder.....He himself has been found changing views as rapidly as a cricket does.....

For examp0le,years ago he wrote a column emphasizing the importance of sports and organization of activities for youth,but recently he negated his own point by criticizing Punjab Youth Festival ,which was simply brilliant and awesome........

In past ,he wrote religiously emotional columns as well ,trying to prove himself a true Muslim.In those columns he uttered one point with different words that murdering someone in love and respect of Prophet Salla'l la ho alaye hi wa aalihi wasallam is right (Na'uzbillah,AstaghfirUllah).....whereas in other columns he can clearly be felt criticizing government for security lapse of Salman Taseer,Shehbaz Bhatti and others......

And yet we find other columns of him in which he admires secular Turkey where liqour is permitted,Pubs and Mosques co-exist....He then criticizes government for not trying to create such an environment.......

All these examples are enough to prove him a confused person,who lives by money........

My message to these two is that criticizing others is easy,but to correct yourself is the most difficult task in the world........

Dilemma of our media

Media claims that politicians and incompeteent governments are repsonsible for anarchy,chaos and all other problems.....The statement may be partially true,but not 100% true because it is electronic media which airs the news of bombings and killings etc through which a negative impression of Paksitan goes to the outer world........Killingsand bombings happen in India and many other states as well but their emdia neever portrays sucha  horrible picture.....In India,more than 20 movements of separation are going on and hundereds get killed each day by those millitants but their mainstream electornic media never makes headlines on those killings..............

#1 news channel of Pakistan was insistent to prove Ajmal Kasab a Pakistani after Mumbai attacks,as if that news channel was working on someone else's agenda.Its is very pathetic to see that whenever an incident happens,all media channels get there and then after a few hours one of them runs a video package along with the message "We brought it first ,to you".......It seems that there is a race of getting ahead of each otehr amongst media channels and they dont care about ethics.....

Some media groups have strong inclination towards one party or ideology e.g Waqt news/nawai waqt tends to never criticize PML-N and Dunia TV almost always tend to criticize PML-N.....Due to these inclinations,supporters of certain parties have been accusing certain journalsits as "lafafa sahafi" i.e yellow journalist........

Not,only media casues a negative impression of our country,but i myslef am witness of more than one cases where media reported that milk was being sold at rs. 70 /litre in Karachi.After watching this news the milk prices boomed all across the country.Same did i witness in Ramdhan,when prices of dates saw a sudden and huge inflation.......Media should learn to behave responsibly....If media kept sensationalzing,it would prove detrimental for the country in the long run..........
