غیر مہذب ، غیر سیاسی کون ؟

شلواریں گیلی ہو جاتی ہیں 

پیشاب نکل جائے 

چور، ڈاکو، بے غیرت، قاتل ، لٹیرے

اپنے ہاتھوں سے پھانسی دوں گا 

پھینٹا لگے گا 

یہ سب وہ ہے جو عمران خان کہتا تھا 

کمی، کمینے، چور، لٹیرے ....... پورے ملک کو آگ لگا دوں گا 

یہ عمران خان کا جگر شیخ رشید کہتا تھا 

شرم کرو ، حیا کرو 

یہ وہ ہے جو خواجہ آصف نے آج تحریک انصاف کو کہا ہے 

اور پھر بھی ہنگامہ بپا ہے تو خواجہ آصف کے الفاظ پر ؟

پھر یار دوست ناراض ہوتے ہیں کہ تحریک انصاف کو برگر پارٹی کیوں کہتے ہیں؟ جو سیاسی مصائب بینظیر ، زرداری ، گیلانی ، جاوید ہاشمی نےمشرف کے ایام میں اور اس سے پہلے  کاٹے ہیں تحریک انصاف کا کوئی رہنما اس کا عشر عشیر برداشت کرنے کا بھی تصور نہیں کر سکتا ......... بینظیر کی ہمت دیکھو کہ عورت ہو کر ایک تنگ نظر معاشرے میں ناصرف ملا کی مخالفت میں سیاست کی بلکہ بدترین کردار کشی کا مقابلہ بھی ڈٹ کر کیا.
زرداری کو شہباز شریف مداری کہتا رہا، اپنے ہاتھوں سے پھانسی لگانے اور سڑکوں پر گھسیٹنے کا کہتا رہا مگر بالاخر کون پسپا ہوا ،اور کون تحمل کے مظاہرے کے سبب کامیاب رہا ، سب نے دیکھا !

بحث سمیٹنے کو فقط اتنا ہی کہوں گا کہ  پاک و ہند میں بالخصوص اور دنیا بھر میں بالعموم ، سیاست کرنے کیلئے دل گردہ چاہیے ہوتا ہے جو کہ تحریک انصاف کے لیڈرز میں نہیں ...انہیں چاہیے کہ جا کر اپنی گدیاں اور کاروبار سنبھالیں .   

وقت بھلا دیتا ہے، سب رانگ نمبر بھلا دیتا ہے

انسان کو ہمہ وقت کسی ایسے وجود کی تلاش رہتی ہے جو اس کے دکھ درد کو دور کرے اور اس کی خاطر وہ کسی کو بھی اپنے تیئں  کسی بھی مقام پر فائز کر لیتا ہے .خصوصا برصغیر کے لوگ اس معاملے میں بہت فرسودہ طرز عمل کے مالک ہیں

نوے کی دہائی میں امریکہ میں ایک ہندو عالمی منظر ابھرا 'اوشو' کے نام سے.اس نے روحانیت پر لیکچر دینا شروع کئے تو سننے والوں کا ہجوم بتدریج بڑھتا گیا. بالآخر امریکہ نے کوئی قانونی ایشو بنا کر اسے نکالا.بھارت آ کر اس نے پونے میں اپنا ایک شہر بنا لیا چھوٹا سا جہاں ہر شعبہ زندگی کے لوگ تھے اور وہ انہیں کہتا تھا کہ تمھیں ضروریات زندگی کی فکر کرنے کی کوئی ضرورت نہیں، سب کچھ ملے گا تمھیں.اس کی باتوں سے بڑی بڑی شخصیات متاثر ہوئیں حتی کہ اپنے اپنے شعبوں کے ماہر بعض بڑے بڑے مسلمان.اس نے اپنی زندگی میں خدائی کا دعویٰ بھی کیا اور جب وہ مرا تو ٩٣ رولس رائیس کاروں کا مالک تھا

گو اکثریت نے اسے بھلا دیا ، مگر کچھ لوگ اب بھی اسکی تعلیمات کو مانتے ہیں.مگر خیر یہ تو ایک بہت بڑے سکیل کی مثال تھی، اب ایک چھوٹی سی مثال دیتا ہوں

آج سے کوئی تیرہ، چودہ برس پہلے جب پی-ٹی-وی ورلڈ ہوتا تھا تو اس پر کوئی ڈاکومنٹری بڑے اہتمام سے دکھائی جاتی تھی جس میں یہ بتایا گیا تھا کہ تنزانیہ میں شرف الدین الخلیفہ نام کا کوئی بچہ پیدا ہوا ہے جس نے جب بولنا شروع کیا تو (بقول اسکی ماں کے) وہ قران کی تلاوت کر رہا تھا. اسکی مارکیٹنگ کر کے ناصرف تنزانیہ میں تھرتھلی مچائی گیی بلکہ اس ڈاکومنٹری میں ایسے مناظر بھی تھے جس میں وہ بچہ مبینہ غیر مسلم جوڑے کو کلمہ پڑھا کر مسلمان کر رہا ہے.بس پھر کیا تھا جناب، اس زمانے میں چونکہ انٹرنیٹ ایک عیاشی سمجھی جاتی تھی تو پاکستان میں لوگوں نے سی-ڈی پر وہ ڈاکومنٹری رائٹ کر کے بیچنی شروع کر دی اور اتنی بکی کہ کچھ نا پوچھو.کسی نے قطب، کسی نے مجدد تو کسی نے کچھ بنا دیا اس بچے کو اپنے تیئں.مگر کچھ عرصے بعد ایک پھیکی پھیکی سی خبر آئی کہ یار وہ بچے والا کیس تو فراڈیا نکلا 

 بس وہیں خبر ٹھپ، اور عوام بھی مزید سہارے ڈھونڈنے مریں مگن ہو گیی......

اب بات سے  بات نکالتے ہوئے مجھے کہنے دیجئے کہ یہی روش ہماری عوام  کی سیاست کے بارے  میں ہے.یہاں جو انقلاب و تبدیلی کا نعرہ  لگاتا ہے عوام اسے اپنا مسیحا سمجھ لیتے ہیں.مثال  کے طور پر ، طاہر القادری صاحب جن کا نام فقط دو صیغوں کا ہے مگر ان کے چاہنے والوں کی طرف سے دیے گئے القابات کو سمونے کیلئے کم از کم پانچ سے چھ سطور درکار ہوں گی، اپنا اعجاز مسیحائی دکھانے کیلئے ایک بار ٢٠١٢ میں پاکستان آئے اور اوائل ٢٠١٣ میں دارالخلافہ میں ہزیانی انداز میں ہڑبونگ مچائی.اپنے کارواں کو حسینی اور حکومت وقت کو یزیدی قرار دیا.بعد ازاں زمانے نے وہ منظر بھی دیکھا جب اس سو-کالڈ حسینی کارواں کا قائد یزیدی حکومت کے نمائندوں سے جپھے مار رہا تھا.اپنے مریدوں کو رول رال کر قادری صاحب بابل کے دیس کینیڈا شریف سدھار گئے.

چونکہ شہرت کا چسکا جس شخص کو لگ چکا ہو اس کو یہ چسکا ٹک کر نہیں بیٹھنے دیتا لہذا قادری صاب بھی ٢٠١٤ میں واپس آئے اور رنگ برنگی نوٹنکی لگائی.اس بار ان کا ساتھ دینےکیلئے ان کے منہ بولے کزن جناب علامہ عمران خان نیازی بھی تھے.دونوں گھمسان کا رن ڈال کر دو ماہ خوار ہوتے رہے.بعد ازاں ٣٥ سال مغرب کے وضو سے فجر پڑھنے اور دو ، دو دن تک ایک سلائیس پر گزارا کرنے کا دعویٰ کرنے والے رجنی کانت صفت طاہر القادری دل کی تکلیف میں مبتلا ہوئے (یہ نہیں پتا چل سکا کہ تکلیف معنوی تھی یا طبعی ، مگر ان کے منہ بولے کزن نے چند ماہ بعد جس طرح سے عقد ثانی کیا اس سے دیکھ کر ان کے بارے میں بھی اول الذکر پر قیاس کیا جا سکتا ہے)  اور علاج کیلئے ایک بار پھر پردیس سدھار گئے.انقلاب ختم ہوا تو چند ماہ بعد دہشتگردی کے ایک افسوسناک واقعے کے نتیجے میں تبدیلی کے پروڈیوسرز کو بھی پکچر ختم کرنے کا موقع مل گیا 

اب سوال اٹھتا ہے کہ یہ سب اتنی تمہید میں نے کیوں لکھی ؟

یہ میں نے اسلئے لکھی کیونکہ

کیونکہ سینیٹ الیکشن ہونے والے ہیں اور شنید ہے کہ بعد از الیکشن نیے اداکار ، نیے پریشر گروپس سکرین پر لانے کی تیاریاں ہیں.یعنی 'سیاسی رانگ نمبر'.اور مجھے اپنے پروردگار کی رحمت سے پوری امید ہے کہ جس طرح عوام آج تک رانگ نمبرز کو بھلاتی آئی ہے اسی طرح اب کی بار بھی بھلا کر ان نیے تماشوں میں گم ہو جائے گی.

دھرنے کا جائزہ اور مستقبل

               اسلام آباد میں عمران خان کے دھرنے کو آج ستر روز سے زائد گزر چکے ہیں.ان کے منہ بولے کزن قادری صاب حسب سابق اپنے سسرال کینیڈا پدھار چکے ہیں.اپنے مشن کو حسینی مشن کہہ کر اور حکمرانوں کو یزیدی کہہ کر ایک مرتبہ پہلے بھی قادری صاب نے اسی طرح پیٹھ پھیر لی تھی مگر اب کی بار تو سید الشہدا امام حسین علیہ سلام کی شہادت کا مہینہ آتے ہی قادری صاب اپنے قول و قرار سے منحرف ہو گئے.گرچہ ابھی تک عمران اور قادری دونوں کچھ نہیں حاصل کر پائے مگر کچھ حلقے یہ کہہ کر ان کی ڈھارس بندھا رہے ہیں کہ چلیں عوام میں بیداری کی لہر تو آئی.آنے والی سطور میں ہم دھرنے کے نتائج کا مختصر سا جائزہ لیں گے 

                 اس دھرنے کا سب سے بڑا فائدہ یہ ہوا ہے کہ پہلے جو تھوڑی بہت عوام قادری کی عزت کرتی تھی بحیثیت عالم دین، اب وہ اس کے مسلسل دوسرے یو ٹرن سے متنفر ہو گئے ہیں.اب عوام کو اس کی کذب بیانی کا یقین ہو چکا ہے.نیز عوام جان چکی ہے کہ روز روز بیانات بدلنے والا ملا، کبھی ریاست نہیں چلا سکتا.یہی وجہ ہے کہ فیصل آباد میں تو حامد رضا صاحب کی مہربانی سے قادری نے کچھ چالیس ہزار کے قریب مجمع اکٹھا کر لیا مگر لاہور میں جب جلسہ ہوا تو دن کا وقت دیا گیا تھا شرکا کو،مگر رات گیارہ بجے کے قریب قادری صاب پنڈال میں پہنچے تو خالی کرسیاں ان کا منہ چڑا رہی تھیں.مگر کمال استقامت کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ سارا لاہور جلسے میں امڈ آیا ہے (غالباً یہ بھی کہا کہ دس لاکھ لوگ شریک ہیں جلسے میں).میرے خیال میں وہی جلسہ ایک ٹرننگ پوائنٹ ثابت ہوا اور قادری کو اندازہ ہو گیا کہ اب ریت مٹھی سے نکل چکی ہے لہذا اگلے روز اتحادیوں سے مشورہ کر کے اسی 'یزیدی نظام' کے تحت عوامی تحریک کے ضمنی الیکشن لڑنے کا بھی اعلان کیا.اس سے پہلے علامہ صاب فیصل آباد میں عوام سے ووٹ اور نوٹ کا وعدہ لے چکے تھے مگر تب تک ہدف جنرل الیکشن تھا.

            یہ نوٹ اور  ووٹ کا معاملہ کچھ یوں ہے کہ بقول کچھ صحافیوں کے، قادری صاب کو مغرب سے کافی فنڈنگ ملتی ہے اسلام کا نرم اور اعتدال پسند چہرہ پیش کرنے کیلئے، مگر دھرنے کے دوران پارلیمینٹ پر قبضے اور پی ٹی وی پر مبینہ حملے کی وجہ سے ان کا یہ امیج خراب ہوا اور اس بات کے امکانات پیدا ہو گئے کہ مغرب ان کے سر سے دست شفقت کھینچ لے.لہذا علامہ صاب نے مناسب سمجھا کہ یہاں پر اپنی آمدن کا کوئی متبادل بندوبست کرتے جائیں.اب قادری صاب نہ دنیا کے رہے نہ سیاست کے 

         دوسری طرف خان صاب کا دھرنا تھا ، جس کو ابتدائی ایک ماہ میں تو قادری صاب کی وجہ سے کافی آسرا تھا.پھر گاہے بگاہے یہ صورتحال بن گیی کہ ویک اینڈ پرایک معقول تعداد آتی تھی دھرنے میں اور عام دنوں میں دونوں 'کزنز' مجمع شئیر'کر لیتے تھے.مگر عمران خان، نواز شریف کے استعفے سے کم پر راضی نہ تھے شاید یہی وجہ تھی کہ شہباز شریف کے استعفے کی پیشکش کی جو افواہیں ایک مرحلے پر گرم ہوئی  تھیں ، وہ بھی حقیقت نہ بن سکیں.جلسے کے دوران میوزک کے علاوہ عمران خان اور شیخ رشید نے کافی مرتبہ غیر سنجیدگی کا مظاہرہ کیا خصوصا جب عمران خان نے کہا کہ میں نیا پاکستان اسلئے بنانا چاہتا ہوں کہ میں شادی کر لوں.

لو کر لو گل........!

خیر عمران خان نے بھی جلسے شروع کر رکھے ہیں اور محرم کے بعد تیس نومبر کو بڑے جلسے کی کال دی ہے 

آگے کیا ہو گا / ہو سکتا ہے ؟

نواز شریف موجودہ دھرنوں کے بحران سے تو نکل گیا ہے مگر اب اسے گھیرنے کیلئے کوئی اور چال چلنی پڑے گی، یہ سوچ غالباً اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے دماغوں میں چل رہی ہے.میرے ایسا کہنے کی وجہ کیا ہے یہ میں اگلی سطور میں واضح کرتا ہوں 

 ١- دھرنوں کے دوران آصف زرداری اور بلاول سرگرم ہو گئے اور پنجاب میں اپنا قیام بڑھایا.وہ زرداری جو اپنے صدارت کے پانچ سال میں پنجاب میں نہیں ٹھہرا،وہ یہاں دس دن سے زائد پارٹی امور کے سلسلے میں قیام کر کے گیا.میں یہ نہیں کہہ رہا کہ پیپلز پارٹی کو اسٹیبلشمنٹ نے کوئی یقین دہانی کروائی مگر شاید زرداری کو کوئی سن گن لگ گیی تھی مڈٹرم الیکشن کی،اسی واسطے بلاول کی ہنگامی لانچنگ کی گیی 

٢- نواز شریف کو کیسے گھیرا جائے اس سلسلے میں ایک کڑی تو یہ ہو سکتی ہے کہ خیبر پختونخواہ حکومت سے تحریک انصاف استعفیٰ دے دے یا اسمبلی ہی تحلیل کر دے.گزشتہ روز عمران خان نے بار بار سراج الحق اور جماعت اسلامی کو تنقید کا نشانہ بنایا ، تو اس کا مقصد بھی بظاھر یہی لگتا ہو 

٣- متحدہ اور پی پی میں کافی تلخیاں پیدا ہو چکی ہیں .گو اس میں گزشتہ روز کچھ کمی آئی مگر ابھی صورتحال کلئیر نہیں قرار دی جا سکتی.ہو سکتا ہے کہ عاشور کے بعد متحدہ الگ صوبے کے قیام کیلئے ایجیٹیشن شروع کر دے  

٤-اس ضمن میں ایک اور سٹریٹجی جو نہایت دلچسپ ہے وہ یہ کہ ن لیگ کے اندر ایک یا ایک سے زائد فارورڈ بلاک بنائے جائیں اور 'ان ہاوس' تبدیلی لائی جائے.اس ضمن میں ذوالفقار کھوسہ کا کہنا ہے کہ پچاسی ارکان قومی و صوبائی اسمبلی ان کے ساتھ ہیں.اسی طرح ساہیوال سے منتخب رکن صوبائی اسمبلی پیر صفدر رسول کا کہنا ہے کہ ان کے ساتھ اکیاونناراض  ناراض ارکان ہیں.اب یہ ناراض ارکان صرف اپنی قیادت تبدیل کروا کے ن لیگ کے اندر سے ہی کوئی نیی  قیادت لانا چاہتے ہیں یا تحریک انصاف کے ہاتھ مضبوط کرنا چاہتے ہیں،یہ جاننے کیلئے چند ہفتے انتظار کرنا پڑے گا 

٥- شیخ رشید اپنی تقریر میں کہہ چکا ہے کہ عمران خان عنقریب پہیہ جام اور ملک گیر ہڑتالوں کی کال دے گا.بظاھر یہ بھی حکومت پر دباؤ بڑھانے کا ایک نسخہ نظر آتا ہے مگر میرا خیال ہے کہ یہ آخری حربہ ہو گا تحریک انصاف کا کیونکہ اس میں ناکامی کے امکانات زیادہ ہیں، وجہ اس کی یہ ہے کہ صرف خیبر پختونخواہ میں تحریک انصاف کی حکومت ہے.باقی صوبوں میں کہیں بھی قابل ذکر تعداد نہیں اس جماعت کی.تو پہیہ جام اور ہڑتال کیسے اور کیونکر ہو گی ؟اور ویسے بھی جن لوگوں کا روزگار ٹرانسپورٹ سے وابستہ ہے ، ان کو تو پریشانی اور تکلیف ہو گی ہی مگر عوام کو کتنی پریشانی ہو گی اس کا ادراک شاید شیدا ٹلی اور عمران خان دونوں کو نہیں .......

قصہ مختصر یہ کہ اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے اشارے پر یہ تمام نکات متعلقہ سٹیک ہولڈرز کی طرف سے ایک ایک کر کے پانچ سے تیس نومبر کے درمیان استعمال کئے جا سکتے ہیں (سوائے ہڑتال کے،یہ نکتہ تیس نومبر کے جلسے کے بعد استعمال کیا جائے گا غالباً) اور کچھ مثبت نتیجہ بھی نکل سکتا ہے اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے حق میں.بقول شاعر:

                             پیوستہ رہ شجر سے امید بہار رکھ 

اور 

                           ذرا نم ہو تو یہ مٹی بڑی زرخیز ہے 'ساقی' 

(ساقی اور جام کے  متعلقہ سٹیک ہولڈرز میں کسی سے، کسی قسم کے  تعلق کا ذمہ دار راقم الحروف نہیں ) 

   

بھارت سے موازنہ

کچھ عرصہ  پہلے  ملک میں چینی اور آٹے  کا بحران آیا تو ن لیگی سپورٹرز نے ایک نیی منطق تراشی کہ اس وقت بھی پاکستان میں آٹا  تمام ہمسایہ ممالک سے سستا مل رہا ہے.یہ لاجک تراشتے ہوئے انہیں بجلی اور دیگر ضروریات زندگی کی قیمتوں کے موازنے کی جرات نہیں ہوئی.حقیقت حالانکہ یہ ہے کہ بھارت کی کچھ ریاستوں میں سرکار رعایتی  نرخوں پر چاول اور آٹے کی فراہمی یقینی بناتی ہے تفصیل جس کی یہ ہے کہ چاول تین روپے فی کلو اور آٹا  دو روپے فی کلو کے حساب سے مستحق خاندانوں میں بانٹا جاتا ہے اور ایک خاندان کو ماہانہ ٣٥ کلو تک راشن رعایتی  نرخوں پر ملتا ہے.

ابھی جو عمران خان اور طاہر القادری کے دھرنے کے سبب جو نیا سیاسی بحران آیا ہے، اس پر ن لیگی سوشل میڈیا پر اور روزمرہ زندگی میں بھی پاک فوج  پر تبرے کر رہے ہیں کہ بھارت اتنا بڑا ملک ہے وہاں کبھی آرمی نے مداخلت کیوں نہیں کی ؟وہاں تو آرمی کے تین چیفس کے کورٹ مارشل ہوئے ہیں، وہاں ریٹائرڈ جرنیل چھ بائی  آٹھ کی دکان چلاتے ہیں وغیرہ وغیرہ.تو اس کا جواب بہت سادہ ہے اور وہ یہ ہے کہ بھارت کی آرمی دس لاکھ کے قریب ہے جبکہ ہماری سات لاکھ کے قریب لیکن بھارت کا رقبہ ہم سے ساڑھے  چار گنا ہے اور پاکستان میں تو صرف ایک طالبان کی تحریک اور بلوچستان تحریک چل رہی ہے، بھارت میں بیس کے لگ بھگ مضبوط تحاریک چل رہی ہیں جن میں آسام ، ناگا لینڈ، چھتیس گڑھ وغیرہ کی تحاریک زیادہ قابل ذکر ہیں.اس کے علاوہ جموں و کشمیر جو متنازعہ علاقہ ہے،وہاں بھی ایک بڑی تعداد تعینات ہے فوج کی.یہ مختلف تحاریک کس قدر مضبوط ہیں اس کا اندازہ اس بات سے لگا لیجئے کہ ایک ریاست کا وزیراعلی ان شدت پسندوں کے ہاتھوں ہلاک ہو چکا.لہذا ایک تو بھارتی آرمی بہت زیادہ  محاذوں پر مصروف ہے اندرونی بھی اور سرحدی بھی.تو جو باقی نفری بچتی ہے وہ اس قدر نہیں ہے کہ مختلف ریاستوں میں ممکنہ فوجی مداخلت کے خلاف ہونے والے احتجاجوں کو دبا سکے.ورنہ بقول شاعر :

  ہر دل میں ارماں ہوتے تو ہیں، بس کوئی سمجھے ذرا 

پٹواریوں سے عرض ہے کہ موازنہ کریں تو پھر اسباب کا بھی موازنہ کریں.وہاں پر اختیارات کی تقسیم کا کیا عالم ہے اور یہاں کیا حال ہے.وہاں صوبوں کی تقسیم پر یہاں کی طرح کسی کو مروڑ نہیں اٹھتے.سوا ارب انسانوں کے سمندر کی ضروریات کیلئے کھینچ تان کر بجٹ نکالنے کے بعد ویسے بھی بھارت  سرکار کے پاس اتنا کچھ نہیں بچتا ہو گا کہ وہ فوج کو اراضی الاٹ کر سکے.جس کا نتیجہ صاف ظاہر ہے کہ کیا نکلنا ہے، یہ ہیں مختصر سے اسباب کہ کیوں بھارت میں مداخلت نہیں کرتی فوج اور کیوں وہاں فوجی جرنیل ریٹائرمنٹ کے بعد دکانیں چلانے پر مجبور ہیں   

تباہی ناگزیر ہے

آج جس وقت میں یہ سطور لکھ رہا ہوں، اسلام آباد میں طاہر القادری اور عمران خان کے دھرنے کو اٹھارہ دن ہو چکے ہیں.

عمران خان کا مطالبہ وزیر اعظم نواز  شریف  کا استعفیٰ ہے جبکہ طاہر القادری ایک جامع انقلابی پیکج کی بات کرتے  آئے ہیں جس میں  صوبوں کی  تقسیم، غریبوں کو ارزاں نرخوں پر راشن اور بجلی کی فراہمی، بے روزگاروں کو الاونس اور بلدیاتی انتخابات وغیرہ شامل ہیں،.علاوہ ازیں وہ تکفیریت  کے خاتمے کی بات کرتے ہیں جس کی وجہ سے دیوبندی  حضرات بہت جزبجز ہیں .... اسی وجہ سے میں طاہر القادری کے ایجنڈے کا حامی ہوں کہ وہ ایک جامع اصلاحاتی پیکج کی بات کر رہا ہے

آج مورخہ دو ستمبر کو پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کی فرمایش پر سینیٹ اور قومی اسمبلی کا مشترکہ اجلاس ہو رہا ہے.ن لیگ نے یہ اجلاس بلایا ہے اور اب اس ملک کو نوچ کھسوٹ کر کھانے والے سب لوگ آئین و جمہوریت کی بالادستی کی بات کر رہے ہیں کیونکہ یہ نہیں چاہتے کہ اس ملک میں احتساب کا کوئی نظام آ جائے.ان کی منشا یہی ہے کہ یہی گلا سڑا نظام چلتا رہے جس میں اول تو کسی کو کوئی سزا نہیں ہوتی اور ہو بھی جائے تو صدر کے ایک اشارے سے سات خون معاف ہو جاتے ہیں.

ایل پی جی کے ٹھیکوں سے مال بنانے والا اعتزاز احسن کس لئے جمہوریت کا ساتھ دے رہا ہے ، سب جانتے ہیں.اپنے بھائی کو گورنر بنوانے والا محمود اچکزئی جو کبھی بلوچستان سے پختوں علاقے الگ کر کے ایک نیا صوبہ  بنانے کا مطالبہ کرتا تھا ، وہ  کیوں جمہوریت کے ساتھ کھڑا ہے کسی سے دھکا چھپا نہیں.

ق لیگ تقریباً ختم ہو چکی، پیپلز پارٹی تہیہ کر چکی کہ ہم نے سندھ پر ہی اکتفا کرنا ہے ایسے میں پنجاب اور پختونخواہ کے ہزارہ  ڈویژن کو ن کے حوالے کر دیا گیا ہے.عہد و پیمان باندھ لئے گیۓ ہیں کہ تم ہم سے چشم پوشی کرنا، ہم تم سے کریں گے.مل کر کھائیں پییں گے، اس پاگل عوام کو انہی سیاسی نعروں کا اسیر بنا کر رکھیں گے. ایسے میں تکفیریت اور اس بوسیدہ سیاسی اور انتظامی نظام کے خلاف طاہر القادری آخری آواز ہے.اگر اس کی تحریک کے نتیجے میں یہ نظام تبدیل نہ ہوا. تو عوام کیلئے تباہی ہی تباہی ہے.

سانحہ ماڈل ٹاون کے چودہ قتل کا معاملہ بھی دب جائے گا اور تحریک انصاف اور عوامی تحریک کے جو کرکنان پنجاب بھر میں قید کر لئے گئے ہیں، ان پر قیامت ڈھائی جائے گی.تکفیریوں کے ایجنڈے پر قائم  یہ حکومت مزید کھل کر اپنا کھیل کھیلے گی.میڈیا کے کچھ بااثر رائے ساز افراد حکومت کی دلالی کرتے رہیں گے اور عوام کو سب اچھا ہونے کا یقین دلاتے رہیں گے اور ملک خدانخواستہ ٹی بی کے مریض کی طرح کھانس کھانس کر مر جائے گا.یقین نہیں آتا تو وہ خبریں پڑھ لیجئے کہ بلوچستان میں داعش کیلئے خیر مقدمی کلمات لکھے جا رہے ہیں، اور پشتو میں داعش کے کتابچے شائع ہو رہے ہیں اور  پشاور میں مقیم افغان مہاجرین میں بانٹے جا رہے ہیں ........

یہ شخص جماعت اسلامی سے چھوڑ کر آمر کے کندھے پر اسمبلی میں آیا 

فوج سے پیسے لے کر اسلامی جمہوری اتحاد میں گیا 

پھر اس تعلق کو نبھانے کیلئے ن لیگ میں گیا 

تحریک انصاف میں گیا تو پھر الزام لگا کہ آئی ایس آئی کی ایما پر گیا ہے 

دھرنے سے پہلے اور دھرنے کے دوران پندرہ دن تک اسے کچھ عجیب یا غلط نہیں لگا 

اچانک اس نے اپنی ہی باتوں کی نفی کرتے ہوئے تحریک انصاف پر فوج سے روابط کا الزام لگا دیا 

اب اس ماضی کے ریکارڈ کی روشنی میں تو اسے جمہوریت کا چمپین یا اصول پسند سیاستدان ہرگز نہیں کہا جا سکتا 

سوال یہ ہے کہ فوج کی نیت ہو کچھ کرنے کی تو دو تین دن ہی کافی ہوتے ہیں، فوج نے سترہ دن سے کچھ نہیں کیا باوجود اس کے کہ نواز شریف نے پارلیمنٹ میں آرمی چیف کی بابت جھوٹ بولا اور بار بار ایسا تاثر دیا کہ فوج اس سب کے پیچھے ہے.کچھ دیگر ن لیگی وزرا نے یہ تاثر دیا کہ یہ سب مشرف کیس کی وجہ سے ہے.ایسے حالات میں شریف سے شریف انسان بھی جھنجھلا کر جوابی حملہ کرتا ہے مگر فوج نے ابھی تک یہ نہیں کیا....... اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ ن نے کچھ غلطیاں کی ہیں مگر ہاشمی کی صورت میں کم از کم ایک پتا سمجھداری سے کھیل گیۓ ہیں وہ . 

 رہا سوال یہ کہ کیا فوج اسکے پیچھے ہے  تو بھئی فوج نے جب آنا ہوتا ہے تو 'صحت و صفائی کی صورتحال' کا جائزہ لینے کے بہانے بھی آ جاتی ہے تو یہاں تو  چکے ہیں دھرنے کو ، آرمی چیف کے مطلق پارلیمینٹ  میں جھوٹ بولے جا رہے ہیں، پی ٹی  وی پر چند منٹ کیلئے قبضہ ہو گیا، اس قبضے کیلئے آرمی کو الزام دیا گیا مگر آرمی پھر بھی حکومت کو باہر کرنے کیلئے نہیں آئی...... اس سب سے تو یہی لگتا ہے کہ آرمی کا آنے کا کوئی ارادہ نہیں البتہ اگر ان سیاستدانوں نے آرمی کو یونہی چیونٹی کی طرح بار بار کاٹ کر مجبور کیا تو پھر 'کیڑی کو ٹھڈا جائز' کے مصداق آرمی کو آنا پڑے گا

عمران خان کا اگلا لائحہ عمل کیا ہونا چاہیے

اگرچہ وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ یہ واضح ہوتا جا رہا ہے کہ انتخابات میں الیکشن کمیشن اور عدلیہ نے واضح طور پر جانبداری کا ثبوت دیا ،مگر اس کے باوجود حزب اختلاف کی سب سے  موثر جماعت یعنی تحریک انصاف کے سربراہ عمران خان نے ابھی تک کوئی ٹھوس موقف نہیں لیا .شروع میں ان کا کہنا تھا کہ پچیس حلقوں میں انگوٹھے کے نشان کی تصدیق کروائی جائے ،پھر یہ مطالبہ کم ہو کر چار حلقوں تک رہ گیا .الکشن کمیشن نے اس مطالبے کو سنجیدگی سے لیا ہی نہیں.

اب سننے میں آ رہا ہے کہ خان صاحب عید کے بعد دھاندلی کے خلاف مہم چلانے کا ارادہ رکھتے ہیں ،مرے خیال سے تو خان صاحب کو طاہر القادری کا ساتھ دے دینا چاہیے تھا ،اس وقت مگر انہوں نے ان میڈیا اینکرز کی راے کو ترجیح دی جو کبھی ان کے خیر خواہ نہ رہے ،اور چند ایک جو سو وقت خیر خواہ بنا ہوے تھے ،انتخابت کے دوران اور بعد میں ان کی اصلیت سامنے آ گیی .

بہرحال اب اگر خان صاحب دھاندلی کے خلاف تحریک کے اپنے اس بیان سے پھر جاتے ہیں ،تو پھر اگلے انتخابات میں ان کو اس تعداد کا نصف ووٹ  بینک بھی نہیں مل سکے گا،جو ابھی ملا ہے .اگر نوجوانوں نے ان پر اعتماد کیا ہے اور نوجوانوں کے  دیۓ ہے مینڈیٹ کو کسی نے تبدیل کرنے کی کوشش کی ہے ،تو یہ عمران خان کا فرض ہے کہ وہ نوجوانوں کو یقین دلایں کہ مجھے آپ کے ایک ایک ووٹ کی قدر ہے ،اور میں اس دھاندلی کے خلاف آواز اٹھاوں گا .

جو چیز خان صاحب کر سکتے ہیں ،اور ان کے لئے بہتر بھی ہے ،وہ یہ کہ وہ کم سے کم 15 ستمبر تک انتظار کریں .تب تک ممکنہ طور پر مہنگائی اور بڑھ چکی ہو گی ،عوام حکمت سے بیزار ہو چکی ہو گی ،موسم بھی قدرے بہتر ہو گیا ہو گا ،اور سب سے بڑھ کر یہ کہ صوبائی اور وفاقی حکومتوں کی تشکیل کو ١٠٠ دن گزر چکے ہوں گے .پختونخواہ میں ان کی حکومت بھی کچھ نہ کچھ ٹریلر دکھا چکی ہو گی اپنی پرفارمنس کا .لہذا ١٥ ستمبر کے بعد یا یکم اکتوبر کے بعد دھاندلی کے خلاف تحریک شروع کرنا ان کے لیے ہر حال میں سودمند رہے گا .  بہتر ہو گا کہ وہ دوسری جماعتوں جنہیں انتخابی نتایج پر شدید تحفظات ہیں ،ان کے ساتھ مل کر ملک گیر سول نافرمانی کی تحریک چلایں ،کیونکہ جب عدلیہ ،الیکشن کمیشن اور تمام ریاستی مشینری کسی ایک جماعت یا گروہ کی جانبداری پر تل چکی ہو تو یہی ایک مصر راستہ رہ جاتا ہے اپنا احتجاج ریکارڈ کرانے کا .
اور اگر یہ تحریک کامیاب ہو جائے تو اس کے نتیجے میں ہر بڑے شہر میں ایک تحریر اسکوائر بنانے میں بھی کوئی حرج نہیں تاکہ ان کرپٹ عناصر کی انے ولی نسلیں بھی اس سبق کو نہ بھول سکیں .

کچھ ڈاکٹر طاہر القادری کے بارے میں

آج کل ڈاکٹر طاہر القادری نے ملک میں دھوم مچایی ہوئی ہے .ہر اخبار ،ہر بلیٹن میں ان کی خبریں چل رہی ہیں.ویسے شیخ الاسلام کا عہدہ اب تو رہا نہیں ،لیکن جب ہوتا تھا تو کل عالم اسلام کا سب سے بڑا سرکاری عہدہ تھا .

آج تک یہ معمہ بھی حل نہیں ہوا کہ یہ لقب انہیں دیا کس نے ؟اگرچہ مشھور اداکار فردوس جمال کا کہنا ہے کہ یہ لقب انہیں ان کے مرشد پر صاحب آف دیول شریف نے دیا تھا .ویسے شیخ صاحب کے مخالفین کو ان پر یہ اعتراض ہے کہ ان کو بشارتیں بہت کثرت سے ہوتی ہیں .خیر اس بارے میں تو وہی بتا سکتے ہیں کہ ان کو دی گیئ یہ بشارتیں وقت پہ پوری کیوں نہ ہوئیں ؟

بہرحال جو چیز حیران کن ہے وہ یہ کہ صوفی برکت علی جیسے صاحب نظر آدمی بھی ان سے خاص  اور لگن کا اظہر کرتے تھے .نجانے ایسا کیوں تھا ؟یہی نہیں ،صاحب علم پیر ،پیر نصیر الدین نصیر نے ان کی شان میں ایک سہرا بھی کہا تھا .لیکن پیر نصیر صاحب نے تو عرفان شاہ مشہدی کی بھی تعریف کی تھی جو ڈاکٹر صاحب کا سخت مخالف ہے اور اس کی باتوں اور عادت و اطوار سے جہالت اور تکبّر ٹپکتا ہے .عرفان شاہ کی مسجد میں بیٹھ کر ڈاکٹر صاحب کے حامی کو گالیاں دینے والی ویڈیو بھی موجود ہے انٹرنیٹ  پر.الله جانے کہ پیر صاحب نے آگ اور پانی دونوں سے دوستی گانٹھنے کی کوشش کیوں کی ؟

حقیقت یہ ہے کہ ڈاکٹر صاحب کی بہت سی متنازعہ بشارتوں کے باوجود علماء اور مشایخ کی ایک کثیر تعداد ڈاکٹر صاحب کی حمایت کرتی ہے .ڈاکٹر صاحب نے ڈاکٹر اسرار ملعون کی مولا علی کرم الله وجھھ ،علیھ سلام کی شان میں گستاخی کے بعد جو تفصیلی جواب ڈاکٹر صاحب نے دیا تھا ،اس کے بعد ڈاکٹر صاحب کے بہت سے مداح اہل تشیع  میں بھی پیدا ہو گئے تھے ،مگر پھر ڈاکٹر صاحب کو نجانے کیا  سوجھی کہ  اہل تشیع سے خود ساختہ مناظرہ کرنے چل پڑے .علمی استدلال تو خوب دیے ،مگر جہاں ڈنڈی مارنی پڑی ماری ،کیونکہ بهرحال اپنی دکان بھی بچانی تھی .مگر نتیجہ اس کا یہ ہوا کہ وہ صرف بریلویوں کی ایک محدود  جماعت کے نمایندہ بن کر رہ گئے .

23 دسمبر کو ان کا اجتماع  خاصا بڑا تھا ،لیکن اس میں تقریبا %90 لوگ وہ تھے جو ان کے مدرسے کے طلبہ تھے اور ان کی فیملیز .اب ڈاکٹر صاحب نے 10 جنوری کو لونگ مارچ کی نوید سنایی ہے.میرا ذاتی خیال ہے کہ ڈاکٹر صاحب اپنے ارادوں میں کامیاب ہو جاہیں گے ،ملک میں 3 ،2 سال کے لئے ایک نِ٨گڑَن سیٹ اپ قایم کر دیا جائے گا ،دونوں بڑی جماعتوں کا صفایا کر دیا جائے گا،کچھ بڑے مسایل حل کر کے عوام کو بھی ریلیف دے دیا جائے گا ،یوں عوام  کو بھی کوئی اعتراض نہیں ہو گا ،جیسے مشرّف کے دور میں عوام سب بھول بھال گیے تھے ،اور ججز بحالی تحریک اور لال مسجد نے لوگوں کو مشرّف کے خلاف کیا .امید تو یہ بھی ہے کہ ڈاکٹر صاحب کو اس نگران سیٹ اپ کا سربراہ بنا دیا جائے.اور یوں شاید ان کی وہ بشارت سچ ثابت ہو جائے جس کے مطابق انہیں اس ملک کا وزیر اعظم بننا تھا  .اگر انہیں نہ بنایا گیا تو غالباً PTI کے مرکزی رہنما اسد عمر کو نگران سیٹ اپ کا سربراہ بنا دیا جائے کیونکہ ان کے پاس Engro Group کی management کا خاصا تجربہ ہے .

آگے کیا ہوتا ہے،یہ تو ہمیں 10 جنوری کے بعد ہے پتہ چلے گا .

آخر یہ سب لوگ ایک ہی بات کیوں کر رہے ہیں ؟ کیا واقعی مسلم لیگ نواز اور پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی میں مک مکا ہو گیا ہے ؟

Recent surveys have revealed that PTI's popularity has decreased over last 6,7 months.Imran Khan,Chairman PTI has admitted that the popularity of his party has decreased.Let's try to investigate those reasons and factors which led PTI to such cicumstances.Below are a few factors which i personally consider responsible for decrease in his fame.


Reasons

Shehbaz Shareef launched Laptop Scheme to encounter Imran Khan's popularity in youth.And he succeeded in getting the sympathies of youth by technically bribing them in a subtle manner.

Shehbaz Shareef announced 50,000 internships for youth.Instead of allocating the concerned department or field to people,he put all in one sack and sent them to govt schools for teaching.I myself am a witness that even graduate engineers and Business Adminsitration graduates were sent to govt schools.But people had concern with making money only.This factor also favoured him.

Going one step further ahead,he announced to distribute 20,000 helmets in the name of traffic security.The question which should be asked from CM is that a person who can afford a motorcycle of some 70,000 PKR,cant he afford a helemt of 300 rs.

PTI's youth after 2 big gatherings became very proud and started dealing media persons rashly.They did'nt tolerate anyperson who criticized or differed with Imran Khan's policies.Media felt it a threat for itself and satrted giving less importance and coverage to PTI's events.Although PTI officials deny the impression that yoputh has been doing so on the encouragement from officials of the party,yet there are some strong evidences that Arif Alwi,Awab Alwi and Shafqat Mehmud were behind all this thing.Although by the time ,the intensity has lightened,but its not fully over yet.

PTI was meant to represent youth but we have'nt seen a single face from youth appearing on talkshows from PTI.He should train his young ones by sending them in talkshows and by letting the world know that his party is'nt dependant on the old ones only.

Only those members of PTI have been criticizing the federal and Punjab government with tooth and nail which have been in PTI since ever or those who are closely related to Imran Khan.We have'nt seen Shah Mehmud Qureshi and Javed Hashmi roaring against PMLN and PPP at their full volume for quite a few months.

PTI chairman,Imran Khan was put under allegationsof corruption in Shaukat Khanum Trust's funds,and the nation stood by him.But he had vowed to file a case against Khawja Asif the very next day.But he sent a notice to Khawaja Asif several months later and the status of that notice is still unknown.

PTI has been politically inactive since quite a few months.PTI's decision to boycott by-elections was a political mistake.Imran Khan had announced that all of his party members will resign from the assembly,but 2 or 3 are still sitting in assemblies.In such circumstances ,he should have had participated with tooth and nail in by-election to know whether the public in Punjab is with him or not?

What Imran Khan can still do?

The water has'nt got over head even at the moment.Imran Khan can still doa few things to increase his party's fame.

First of all he should'nt be talking about negotiations with Taliban any more because thisw thing is creating differences among him and the educated,liberal youth.If he keeps insisting on the dialogue,it will deteriorate his repute further.

He should bring forward original and new faces.I am quite sure that he has got many young,well educated,well mannered guys which only need a spotlight for their political grooming.

The most important thing is that whenever Imran khan talks against Shehbaz Shareef he does'nt quote statistical figures to expose his corruption which gives an impression that he's just blowing out his frustration.He should quote stats to sound authentic e.g 1 lakh laptops which were distributed in 2011 could'nt cost more than 3-4 billion butPunjab government claimed that it had spent some 22 billion on the scheme.This was a big scale corruption yet easily detectable but noone dare to speak against it.1.5 lakh laptops which are being distributed this year do'nt cost more than 9 billion.So collective expenditure of this year and previous year is some 14 billion,still less than 22 billion claimed last year by Punjab government.

His social media team is quite competent.they should collect stats about the worse condition of education and health in Punjab and the nominal amount being spent on these two.He can also quote the expenses on Rapid Bus Project repeatedly and he should.He should pen down the expenses of advertisements by Punjab government in different newspapers and on different channels and should contact election commission if any irregularity is found.

None of PTI officials dare to criticize Shehbaz Shareef's 2 weeks long official foreign tour as a CM,depsite the fact that i tweeted several journalists and PTI officials like Asad Umar and Shafqat Mehmud to talk on this issue.

 I just heard earlier today that Imran Khan has talked about politicization of Laptop scheme.It is good to know that but Imran Khan should go one step ahead and contact election commission on this issue and give reference of Nawaz Sharif's participation as a chief guest in the laptop distribution ceremony.

Imran Khan did'nt talk even once on bakery boy scandal,neither did his party members cashed this issue.they could have gained the public sympathies by speaking on this issue,but they did'nt.

There are two fields at least where you need to be in news all the time.the time you disappear from the news,the world wil forget you.one of them is the glamour/fashion industry and the second is politics.Imran Khan and his party needs to understand this well.They need to repeat their strong points of propaganda against Punjab government (which will obviously be based upon statistical figures) over and over again.Repetition does'nt make you sound unauthentic but can help pitch your opinion into viewers mind.
He needs to arrange at least 3 or 4 huge gatherings like those of Lahore and Karachi last year,in next 40 days.PTI needs to mobilize their youth at the moment.Thiese gatherings will serve as warm up activities for the election.

The strategy which Imran needs to adopt is to visit those places visited by shehbaz shareef,after him.He should spread awareness amongst the public about the corruption of Punjab governement and that what Shehbaz Shareef is spending on them is just a fraction and stilla  significant amount is going to his pocket.He needs to politicize the deaths due to substandard drugs for heart patients and many more issue.PTI should'nt now let even a minute opportunity to kick PMLN wasted.Kick as much as you can,and kick harder but with stats and refernces quoted.

The most important part of it is to gain the sympathies of youth back.PTI can remind youth of irregularities in online result system,UET's entry test which was leaked out some 2,3 years ago,Punajb Governement's harsh dealing with YDA and then agreement due to elections,appointment of teachers as dengue awareness teams,shut down of some 1700 schools,Schools' privatisation agneda of PMLN's manifesto etc etc.

Last and the most important thing si that Imran Khan needs to maintain party disccipline strictly.He had announced that all members of PTI curtly sitting in parliament will resign from their seats but AfzalSindhu and Awais Laghari did'nt resign,which gives an impression that there is no discipline in the party.Also the internal conflicts of party members are damaging the repute of the party.PTI needs to focus on these issues very seriously.

Do appear on tv screens more than often.Spread your word.Carry on your propaganda.Today i read Imran's statement ina newspaper that Zardari-Nawaz alliance cant beat me even if they buy the interim setup.He should avoid making such statements because if it happens so in future and if PTI does'nt cast the win by their expected margin,he wont be able to complaint against anyone as per hisown statements.He should be very careful by making statements .These are a few suggestions to PTI.I am quite sure that if PTI accepts these,its popularity will increase once again and It will win significant number of seats of PMLN in Punjab.

The solution to unemployment and substandard education

I had earlier done a post on substandard education being delivered in many Private universities and consequently increasing number of not so competant graduates and hence ever increasing unemployment.I had promised to suggest a solution to these problems.the link of that post is given below so that if you have'nt read that post,you can read it.

Now i'll like to move on towards the solution.

The solution to substandard education is very simple.Federal Ministery of Sceince and Technology and Minsitery of Education should unanimously announce to close those universities which have a very small campus,not-so-good labs,substandard curriculum.And above all,there one Federal institute should be established which will be responsible for the checking of papers in country by keeping the identity of university secret (so that chances of taking bribe by paper checkers are nullified and students may not fall prey to the tussel and competition between Universitites etc).My proposed plan is that the teachers who will check the papers will not take classes in that semmester but will get full pay from that newly established Federal institue for checking.Approval from this federal institue will be necessary upon each institue to start working.Lab exams and vivas will also be conducted by Lecturers/Professors etc nominated by this institue.This will ensure a fine crop of passing graduates each year.

And Minsitery of Education and Minsitery of Science and Technology should announce a restriction to open any more engineering institues because there are already enough.Instead Minsitery of Education of each province in collaboration with Minsitery of Health and World Health Organization should open at least 2-3 New Medical Universities of International Standard and a hospitalw ith each University in each province because our country needs focus on health facilities and at present we are lagging behind the point where we should be.As per my knowledge foreign countries dont acknowledge our doctors except thsoe from 2 or 3 institutes and our doctors have to go abroad to do theri specialization.Why dont we establish a few institues of international standard which may offer the specialization of international standard? .So,setting up new universities and hospitals will improve the health condition of the public and will improve the standard of medical education in Paksitan.

My plan for the end of unemployment is that government should create new vaccancies and no employee should be given a permanent job because what happens in Pakistan is that after a person gets a permanent job,he becomes relax that no one can fire me and thus he starts to shirk work,leaves office earlier than the official time etc etc.Thus new job notifications should be for 3 years only and at the end of contract the performance of each employee should be judged.If found satisfactory,he should be promoted to the next scale ,otherwise he should be fired and new recruitments should be made.

And an internship programme for 1 year duration should be started so that when fresh graduates will finsih their internships ,they will have an opportunity to get employed in some government institue.

It should be also noted that fore-mentioned steps to improve the standard of education will themselves create thousands of enw vaccancies as well.

This scheme ensures a guaranteed significant reduction in unemployment.Although i am not a political worker of any party uptill now,neither i am biased towards any particular party,yet i am suggesting these solutions because the benefit is of Paksitan and i dont care whether i get any credit for that or not.I am sure that  there exist many  wiser men than me who can give better ideas and suggestions to their parties and they do,but their parties rule out their advices.Therefore i have opted blogging as a mean to spread awareness among the public.

Declining standard of education

A series of peaceful protests were conducted when HEC was dissolved.Much was said on both Print and electronic media about tha tissue.But honestly speaking i think that HEC and other institutes which are responsible for maintaining the standard of education e.g PEC have'nt done anything considerable to maintain the standard of education .

Now-a-days there are so many private univeristies in the whole country specially in Lahore and Islamabad.Many of these universities have a very small campus,just a nominal campus i would say.Tution fees are quite high because those who fail to get admission anywhere get enrolled in these universities and pass out as graduates.A few years back there came a trend in our country that those young individuals who were'nt worthy of doing anything else,they started to do I.Com and then B.Com throught these private institutes,as a result we have thousands of unemployed graduates of commerce.

Since there was no one to check that what is the quality of education being delivered to the youth,the education mafia got encouraged and started to open engineering institutes as well.and i am very sorry to mention that PEC did'nt do anything to get these institues banned or closed,neither did the government take notice.

Small scale universities like Hajveri University,Hamdard univeristy,Wah Univeristy,Iqra Univeristy,Bahria University,University of Central Punjab,Superior Unviersity,University of Lahore  etc etc have started offering Engineering programmes.Comsats and Fast were already offering these programmes through their campuses in different cities.

Every university which is opening its campuses is offering B.COm/BBA/MBA.It seems that these three courses are a must for a university to star.Not only that,But Punajb University ahs introduced dozens of new courses which seem quite strange to       ears and apparently their is no need to start such courses.Some courses which were a sub-domain of a course have now been started as a separate course.

Due to these above mentioned reasons the number of graduates has been increasing each year and our population is being flooded with graduates who do'nt even know how to pronounce the evry basic and simple words of English correctly.This si the irony and tragedy of our nation.And when these literate-illiterates compete for jobs,they use references ,approach and bribe to get their job confirmed .As a result well mannered and well groomed candidates with brilliant academic backgrounds suffer.Our nation has fallen to such low standards that now-a-days even private firms are'nt ready to give jobs without reference and approach.

In such a condition can we expect prosperity?

 The sadder and darker part of all this is that if some institution ever took a step against this in future,media and some pseudo-journalists would make noise that this is a step to stop the chain of education.But i request rather appeal all repsonsible citizens of Pakistan to raise voice agains tthese sub-standard institues where asset of the antion si being wasted.They are not being groomed well,neither quality education is being given to them.

I'll inshaAllah try to present the solution to unemployment and this problem in some other post......... 

2 party system - beneficial or not?

Since last 10 years a debate has been going on in our country that whetehr 2 aprty system is int he benefit or emergence of additional choices is better for Pakistan.

I have been  witnessing Pakistani politics only since last 9-10 years.One thing's for sure that chances are nil for any party to gain simple or 2/3 majority by transparent means now and apparently there is'nt any chance of army's intervention any more in the near future.It means that we'll see a hung parliament in future.

SInce i have witnessed 2 parliaments completing their tenure and both of them were hung.Both of them faced charges of corruption.Although the one under dictatorship faced less serious charges than the current one.

WE have seen PPP's recent government being blackmailed by MQM,ANP and JUI etc on different issues.All these have been blackmailing PPP to get their demands fulfilled.Same for the PML-Q which joined PPP just to get Munis Ilahi free of charges.

Although if we look back,we'll find corruption in two party system as well.But since 2003,circumstances have changed very much.
Independant judiciary and independant media have made people aware of their rights and of what is going on in the country.Moreover,if media tries to cover some party or politician or any issue,social media unveils it.

So, if Judiciary keeps doing its job as much independantly as it is doing now but boosts the speed to deal with the thousands of the pending cases and army does'nt interfere any more,hung parliament is in broader benefit of Pakistan.Judiciary's performance has been satisfactory over alst 4,5 years.Be it rental power case,be it NRO case,be it Bhutto's trial case,be it Asghar Khan case,be it CNG case,supreme court has been superb.But yet there are some cases such as Karachi chaos case,Balochistan case and above all Arsalan Iftikhar case where judiciary seems to be playing on back foot and it is being criticez the most on Arsalan Iftikhar case.Arsalan Iftikhar seems to be getting favours from investigating authorities one after another.Judges of supreme court should deal this case fairly ,otherwise everyone will criticize judiciary of giving relief to Chief Justice's son and will demand the same for his own kins..........

If these few concerns of public,politicians and media are removed,judiciary will get maximum support from public and even a hung parliament wo'nt be hurdle in the road to a better or prosper Pakistan.

Dual standard politics

It is very shameful that PML-N claims to be the champion of democracy ,yet htey are not playing fair.About a year ago,Imran Khan was yelling at emdia that his posters and banners are being torn by LDA and Punjab government ,but media did'nt give any importance to his statements.Rana SanaUllah appeared on the tv once and said that as per laws the banners are taken off after 3-4 days.The same complain was quoted by PPP whenever PPP officials used to come on a scheduled tour to Lahore and Rana SanaUllah gave the same answer.Now i have witnessed that its been almost more than a month that the posters of Punjab Youth Festival and Punjab youth Internship Program are displayed on various roads of Lahore.Why does'nt LDA or Punjab Government take them down?Where is Mian Shehbaz Shareef's slogan for justice and equality?

Besides this issue,i msut address another one to expose their dual faced politics.Shareef brothers were in exile,whereas Asif Ali Zardari was in jail for some 8 years.Asif ali Zardari came out of jail as a politician who knew how to reconcile with his opponents whereas Shareef Brothers kept insisting that they wont take any of musharraf's men back.Media also kept criticizing Asif Ali Zardari and Imran Khan for inclusion of political titans into their parties.And now when the time for elections has arrived Shareef briothers have put all the principles aside and have started taking those people back who once used to abuse them and their family members.They have also started making seat adjustments with allegedly millitant organisations which keep creating sectarian hatred amongst the masses.

What a shame have Shareef Brothers brought to the country.And yet they have their necks stuffed with pride and arrogance.But they should remember that "Pride hath a fall.........

Sincere advice for PTI

We all witnessed 30th October 2011 as a defining moment in the history and politics of Pakistan.It was felt for the first time that youth had determined to bring a change.After that day,big names started to join PTI and when PML-N felt threatened they accused General (r) Pasha being involved in horse trading. Media and some political parties taunted Imran Khan of setting a dry clean plant,but when almost a year later some of Musharraf's men started joining other parties,neither did media critize them nor they themselves feel shame in taking those men back.

I still remember when abdul aleem khan and Shahid Akram Bhinddar,ex-ministers in Musharraf's govt. had joined PTI,PML-N supporters had issued a non-official charge sheet against them which was more emotional than being factual.And when Shahid Akram Bhinddar left PTI to join PML-N,no protest was recorded by PML-N supporters.If today Abdul Aleem khan joins PML-N,i bet you wo'nt hear any protest becasue this is the pattern of dirty politics which PML-N has been following.I still remember those days when Nawaz Shareef used to say that we'll not take members of Musharraf's team back in our party,But when PPP created a threat for PML-N they created a forward block out of PML-Q and managed to survive. Now-a-days NAwaz Shareef is taking Musharraf's men back by dozens.He is even making seat adjustments with banned organizations like Ahl e sunnat wal jamat (formerly known as Sappah e Sahaba). I cant help banging my head against wall on this dilemma of our politics. I sometimes think that what did old supporters and workers of PML_N get in reward of their services? It seems that PML-N wants to win by hook or crook.

In such circumstances Imran Khan's announcement that he'll give 25% tickets to the youth in election,is like a cool breeze for our politics,although we'll have to wait until election to see whether he stands by his promise or not.It would have been far better if Imran had announced even more quota for youth.I have a formula to suggest to Imran.The suggestion is that Imran Khan should give chance to youth (25-40 years old candidates) on all provincial assembly seats except 15-20 where he has experienced candidates available and he should give tickets to candidates older than 40 years for national assembly.

There's no draw back in this plan.At maximum ,a candidate in provincial assembly will lose but he'll get an experience of mainstream politics.and when these candidates will compete at least twice in 15 years for provincial assemblies,they will be trained to compete for national assemblies And by following this formula,representation of youth can be increased upto 45% in parliament.Besides having elected educated youth,there will be another benefit to PTI,namely loyalty.Youth are more loyal and firm to their ideas .So,when senate elections will be held,Imran Khan wo'nt have to bother of political loyalties.

It was just an advise and i have shared it.To accept or not is upon PTI.

Consequences 

By following this plan,PTI will have a whole fresh and new crop of experienced politicians available in next 12-15 years.

The analysis of PML-N's politics

Although we have been seeing Mian Shehbaz Shareef reaching to the poor and condoling them,hearing their problems in last 4 years,yet many of Punjabis think that he has failed to give relief to the public of Punjab.

It is quite ironic that Mr. Shehbaz Sahreef criticizes President of Paksitan Mr. Asif Ali Zardari as "Daku,lutera,maddari, etc etc" but why does he forget that when poultury crises come each year,it is his son Hamza Shehbaz whose name is heard in Poultury mafia.

Public may forget but i'll try my best to remind the public that when Supremem court ordered to sell sugar 40 rs./kg who ordered to sell sugar at rs. 55/kg?Verily,none other than Shehbaz Shareef.

I used to think that Shareef brothers may be corrupt but at least they are men of principles but this time they have disappointed not only me but millions others who wanted to see a very clean political system.They kept refusing to include PMl-Q's members for 4 years,now they are taking them back by dozens.Prior to that,they kept trading Pml-Q's men under the banner of "Forward Block".And forward block members got kicked right in their butts,when PML-N felt that there was'nt any threat anymore.

Although Shareef brothers claim to stand by charter of democracy,yet they seem reluctant to obide by it.That's why they have started massive horse trading.I feel sad for those candidates who had proved their loyalties for PML-N but now they wo'nt get a ticket.

PML-N is making seat adjustments with banned organizations like Ahle Sunnat wal jamaat (formerly known as Sappah e Sahaba) which is involved in shia killings in Pakistan.Law minister Punajb,Rana SanaUllah's footage was aired some 2 years ago when he was seen standing with Ahmad Ludhyanvi who is running a campaign to get shias delcared as kafir.Moreoever,Rana SanaUllah tried to confuse media on the matter of giving stipend and security by Punjab Government,to Malik Ishaq who is another terrorist of Ahl e Sunnat Wal jamat organization  (formerly known as Sappah e Sahaba)....Shareef brothers are serving well to Saudi Wahhabi ideology by helping such elements to grow their nurseries in Southern Punjab.

This Eid I witnessed Jamat Ud Dawah's camps everywhere in Lahore and same information was communicated about other cities of Punjab.Hafiz Saeed infact led the Eid Prayer in Shalamar Garden  Square by blocking road.Security was provided to him by Punjab govt.They openly collected the skins of sacrificed goats/cows/camels as well and no one bothered to stop them becuase all PML-N cares about is power.

I remmebr when Chaudhary Nisar used to speak of Sita white case and tried to embarass Imran Khan.But then there came the case of Ayesha Ahad and PML-N had nothing to present in its defence.

The purpose of quoting these incidents here,rather reminding i should say,is to tell that PML-N is no different than MQM,PML-Q,JUI and PPP......They all want to enjoy power at any cost.

I'll soon expose corruption of Punjab govt. with facts and figures........
